Our Approach
We believe every situation is different. Rather than locking you (or us) into rigid refund rules, we handle all refund-related matters through open conversation and mutual agreement. Our goal is simple: be fair to both sides.
How Refunds Work
All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through a dedicated support call with our team. Here's the general framework:
If Work Hasn't Started Yet
If you need to cancel before any production work has begun, reach out to us. We'll hop on a support call, discuss your situation, and work out a resolution together — whether that's a full refund, rescheduling your project, or another arrangement that works for both of us.
If Work Is In Progress
If our team has already started working on your content (ideation, scripting, editing, thumbnails, or SEO posting), we'll schedule a support call to review what's been completed and discuss a fair outcome. This may include a partial refund for unfinished work, pausing the project for a later date, or completing the remaining deliverables on a revised timeline.
If Work Has Been Delivered and Approved
Once you've reviewed and approved the final deliverables, that content is considered complete. Refunds are generally not available for approved work. However, if you have concerns, we're always open to a conversation.
Client-Side Delays
We operate on a limited-capacity model with only 8–9 client slots available at any time. If a project stalls because raw footage or materials haven't been submitted (see our 48-hour submission deadline in our Terms & Conditions), the delay is not on our end. In these cases, refund eligibility will be discussed during a support call, but Sabbir Ahmeed is not obligated to issue a refund for delays caused by the client.
What's Generally Not Refundable
While every situation is reviewed individually, the following are typically non-refundable:
- Content that has been delivered and approved by you.
- Strategy calls, 1-on-1 consultations, or bonus sessions that have already taken place.
- Custom templates, presets, or assets created specifically for your project.
- Third-party tools or subscriptions provided as part of your package (e.g., GoHighLevel access).
- Deposits for reserved client slots where footage was not submitted within the agreed timeline.
Our Delivery Guarantee
If we fail to deliver your content within the agreed timeline — and the delay is on our end, not due to missing materials from you — we will discuss the best path forward on a support call. Options may include rush-delivering the remaining content at no extra cost or adjusting the project scope.
How to Start a Refund Discussion
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your name and order details
- A brief explanation of the situation
We'll schedule a support call within 48 business hours to discuss your case and reach a mutual agreement.
Processing Time
If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method (Payoneer or Remitly).
The bottom line: We don't hide behind fine print. If something isn't working, talk to us. We'll figure it out together — fairly and professionally.
