Sabbir Ahmeed runs a done-for-you content agency that provides short-form video editing and content production services for coaches, personal brand founders, and business owners. Our core offer — "30 Days of Content in 2 Hours" — includes video editing, content ideation, scripting, thumbnail design, and SEO-optimized posting.
2. How It Works
Once you purchase a package, you'll be onboarded through our project management system. Our 5-step production process covers:
- Ideation — We plan your content topics and angles.
- Scripting — We draft or refine your scripts.
- Editing — Our team edits your raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
- Thumbnail Design — We create click-worthy thumbnails for every piece.
- SEO Posting — We optimize captions, hashtags, and posting strategy.
You provide the raw footage and creative direction. We handle the rest.
3. Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:
- Provide raw footage, brand assets, and creative direction within the agreed timeline.
- Respond to revision requests and approve deliverables promptly.
- Communicate any changes to your brand direction, tone, or goals as early as possible.
4. Raw Footage Submission Deadline
Clients are required to submit all raw footage and necessary assets within 48 hours of the project start date.
We operate on a limited-capacity model, serving only 8–9 clients at any given time to maintain the highest quality of work. Because of this, every client slot is reserved exclusively — meaning your project blocks a seat that could be assigned to another client.
If raw footage is not submitted within the 48-hour window:
- Your project will be paused until materials are received.
- Your delivery timeline will be extended accordingly — Sabbir Ahmeed is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions.
- If no footage is received within 7 days of the project start date without prior communication, Sabbir Ahmeed reserves the right to release your slot and reassign it to another client. In this case, the deposit paid is non-refundable, as the seat was reserved for you.
If you anticipate a delay in submitting your footage, let us know in advance. We're happy to work with you on a revised timeline — but we need to know before the deadline, not after.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your specific plan. If you need revisions beyond what's included, we'll let you know the additional cost before any extra work begins. No surprise charges.
Major scope changes requested after production has started may incur additional fees at our standard rate.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all raw footage, brand assets, and original materials you provide to us.
- Final Deliverables: Once full payment is received, you own the edited deliverables. You're free to publish, distribute, and repurpose them however you want.
- Our Tools: Any proprietary templates, presets, effects, or internal tools used during production remain the property of Sabbir Ahmeed and are not included in the deliverables.
7. Payment
- All payments are due as outlined in your invoice or proposal.
- We accept payments via Payoneer and Remitly.
- All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Production begins only after payment is confirmed.
- Late or missed payments may result in paused deliveries until the outstanding balance is settled.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client content, strategies, business information, and project details as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your materials to any third party without your written consent — unless required by law.
9. Portfolio & Case Studies
We may feature completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, case studies, or marketing materials to showcase our capabilities. If you prefer your content to remain private, let us know in writing before production begins and we'll respect that. Opting out does not affect the service or price.
10. Communication
All project communication happens through our designated channels — project management platform, email, or messaging apps as agreed during onboarding. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours. Clients are expected to respond to revision requests within 48 hours to maintain delivery timelines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sabbir Ahmeed delivers high-quality edited content, but we cannot guarantee specific results on social media platforms. We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, followers, engagement, leads, or business outcomes resulting from content we produce. Performance on social platforms depends on many factors beyond our control, including algorithms, audience behavior, and posting consistency.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
12. Termination
Either party may end the working relationship at any time with written notice.
- If you cancel mid-project, you will be billed for all work already completed up to the point of cancellation.
- No refund will be issued for deliverables that have already been delivered and approved.
- Upon termination, any unreleased deliverables that have been paid for will be sent to you within 5 business days.
13. Dispute Resolution
If any disagreement arises, both parties agree to resolve it through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal action. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be escalated according to the governing law section below.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
